Setting a Thanksgiving Table

Turkey Day is almost here! Are you planning your menu, shopping ahead of time and setting the table with your finest? Today, I am featuring some of my favorite Thanksgiving tablescapes. Here is a small sampling of other blogs that I love and that have great ideas for setting a pretty holiday table.

I love how this lady uses paper plates to create a lovely tablescape. It doesn’t have to be fancy to be pretty.

I especially love the setting from ‘The Sweetest Occasion’. But I really love your simple napkin folding. I’m looking for napkin folding idea for next week and yours currently tops my list. Thanks and Happy Thanksgiving!

    Kim,
I would love to do a Thanksgiving tablescape, but the day is always spent at my mom’s house, we just bake the bird and make the dressings 🙂 LOVE how the cotton is the centerpiece of your beautiful table and I wish you and your family a HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!

    Blessings,
    Linda

Very pretty! My family gets upset I use anything but paper plates! Irritates the pure crap out of me! ha! But you know I still make it cute. They make really pretty paper plates now.

I hope you and your family have a wonderful Thanksgiving!

    Peace,

Love all the tables all set for Thanksgiving. Each one unique and styled beautifully.

I like your table very much. The white pumpkins, cotton and wooden tones look lovely with your china and delightful place mats.

Great pilgrims! I am not sure of the spelling- Are they Lladro pilgrims?

It’s very warm and inviting, Kim. I love the way you lifted that pitcher with the cotton on that pretty filigree plateau- what a perfect “lift” piece…
I hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving!

I love this. Although this year it is not my responsibility to “dress” the table , I am just making stuffing. I am getting off easy!! Hooray, I will keep my hair for the Christmas season this year.

I thought that first one looked familiar, then I realized it was Jenna’s! She’s so talented, as well as you and all the others. These tables are beautiful, but the one I like best is always Snoopy’s ping-pong Thanksgiving table with jelly beans, toast and popcorn! Ha!
    Thanks for the great inspiration!

Thank you Kim! I am very flattered! Your table is wonderful with cotton being the star surrounded by white pieces and contrasted against other natural elements~ your place mats are incredible! Just lovely~
