We All Need a Little Picnic Time

How many times have you muttered under your breath, “Well, that was no picnic!”? Confrontations with loved ones, doctor visits, difficult jobs, war, cancer battles and taking care of the elderly, are all things that we would not call a picnic. But, there’s a quote that goes something like this, “So, if ants are such hard workers, then why do they always show up at picnics?”. Sometimes, we just need to go on a picnic, ants and all!

Outdoor fun with family, breathing fresh air, eating great food and playing horseshoes or throwing a frisbee helps to rejuvenate us to face the challenges of life. From Memorial Day until Labor Day, there are great places in our region to picnic. The gorgeous shores of the Gulf Coast, state parks, mountain ranges, local piers, or our own backyard, provide a few hours of relaxation that we all need.  While you are planning your next outing, take a look at a few items at CoziNest Antiques & Decor.
